We take care of all the necessary formalities for the registration of a death and the organisation of a funeral. Faith and family are at the heart of all decision-making in respect of personal wishes.
When a family gets in touch with us, we arrange a meeting at our offices or in the home. It is at this stage that the various participants are booked. Mindful of the wishes of the family and of the deceased, our funerary adviser will be able to guide loved ones through the organisation of the funeral service. He will also be able to help you in preparing death announcements and formal messages.
Our staff step in to take care of the deceased, washing and carrying out the necessary treatment for presenting the body, and bringing it to the funeral parlour, so that the family can see it, gather round it and pay their respects. At the same time, we take care of registering the death and obtaining the various authorisations.
The day of the funeral service, a procession director, pall-bearers and a hearse will be made available. The master of ceremonies, while remaining discreet, will be at your side to guide you. If you wish, he will be able to take care of announcing thank yous and informing those attending of the manner in which condolences should be expressed.
