A: No, when it comes to the products and services provided by the company, we guarantee their provision and execution when the times comes without any change in the price.
Q: I signed a contract saying I wanted to be interred, and now I want to be cremated. What do I have to do?
A: You can always modify a policy. You simply have to get in touch with a funerary adviser at Maison MURITH, who will draw up a schedule of your revised wishes. The amount already spent will go towards the new policy and the difference will either be reimbursed to you or invoiced.
Q: I am leaving Switzerland permanently and I want to cancel my insurance policy. How do I do that?
A: Simply write to us to tell us that you want to cancel the policy. The payment that you've made will be reimbursed to you less a 200. -CHF administration fee.
